A Workshop on Intuitive ImprovisationWhen improvising, it’s easy to get stuck in your own head, searching for clever solutions or funny lines. However, your body already knows how to improvise—completely intuitively. Through a series of exercises, participants will discover their physical intuition and what is naturally engaging and humorous about themselves. Additionally, the workshop will focus on building confidence in one’s own impulses, using methods that inspire a greater sense of fun and playfulness on stage.
